Today I am thankful for…
my husband.
He drives me absolutely nuts sometimes. But I love him dearly. We’ve been together for nine, nearly ten, years. In that time, life has thrown some pretty big stuff at us.
We spend so much time together that it would probably drive most couples crazy. We finish each other’s sentences and have so many “inside jokes”. We have countless conversations that likely wouldn’t make a bit of sense if overheard by someone else. Sometimes we joke that if we keep this up, we are just steps away from talking in our own language. LOL
What a wonderful, comforting thing to be thankful for! Women like you and me are the lucky ones, and I am thankful too.
Today, though, I am thankful for my little dog Ling Ling. She is the one in the picture of me. She was so cute and funny today that, despite how rotten I felt, she made me laugh…many times.
Haha! I can totally relate! I too am thankful for my hubby and he made it into one of thankful blogs too. We are lucky gals.
